GREAT NEWS FOR GPOA

After 2 1/2 years of difficult negotiations (with 5 government agencies), Greenehaven Development has finally received the last permit (from the National Park Service) needed to proceed with the sewer line running to town.

The sewer line has now been extended to the park entrance area and the pumping infrastructure installation will be following in the coming weeks. The first pumping station walls are up near the gas station and work progresses at a steady clip.

FLOOD CONTROL WORK HAS BEGUN

The regrading of the lower 2/3s of the dedicated drainage complex south of Unit 1 has been completed.

The Association has commissioned and completed a property line survey along the south side of Unit 1 to determine exactly where lot corners are legally positioned and corner posts have been placed by an AZ licensed Surveyor. Please check your fence lines for proper location within your property boundaries. Notification to those whose fences are not located within their own property will be forth coming so that work on the upper 1/3 of that area may commence.

The flood control work for the hill coming down from Tower Road and Reflection Canyon has been planned and flow diverters have been ordered for installation. 3 other areas of water concern have been looked at several times and the work on those is planned for next year.
